nChannel Launches Promotion to Help Companies Launch Web Stores with Magento Go before Cyber Monday.

22 October, 2012 - News & Updates

Magento GoColumbus, Ohio – October 22, 2012— nChannel, a cloud-based management platform for retailers and distributors announced today it will help retailers and distributors launch fully integrated Magento Go web stores in time for Cyber Monday. The promotion enables new subscribers of Magento Go and nChannel to defer payment for  subscription and implementation fees until January 2013.

Customers of Microsoft Dynamics RMS, Microsoft Dynamics HQ, and Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 are eligible to participate. Magento Go is used by more than 125,000 subscribers.

nChannel’s Cyber Monday Mania offer enables eligible customers to launch a Magento Go subscription with nChannel’s web-based platform and connectors free for 3 months.  When connected, items can be populated to the Magento Go store from item and inventory data that exists in Microsoft Dynamics. As Magento Go orders are collected in Microsoft Dynamics, inventory is synchronized and updated order status is sent back to Magento Go.

Deloitte forecasts a ‘modest’ 3.5% to 4% increase in holiday sales; non-store sales to rise 15% to 17%. “Non-store sales continue to outpace overall growth, but increasingly influence consumers’ experience with the retail store, from trip planning, to in-store product research, and post-purchase reviews and sharing,” said Alison Paul, VP, Deloitte LLP and retail & distribution sector leader. The National Retail Federations’s new data reports total online spending this holiday season to be between $92 billion and $96 billion.

“Holiday sales are vital to companies because they can account for more than a quarter of annual retail sales in a typical year.  Web stores that are integrated into a company’s business systems help to improve delivery times and customer satisfaction.  What better way for companies to try out a robust system like Magento Go than with a promotion that allows them to defer the investment until after the holiday season.” said Lisa Steinhart, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at nChannel.

The Magento Go and nChannel offer starts October 16th through November 16th 2012.
