Steve Weber – President and CEO
Steve is a 13 year veteran and former Vice-President of eMarketplace Outsourcing Services for Sterling Commerce, a division of IBM. More recently Steve was named Microsoft Partner of the Year for Dynamics Retail and awarded Microsoft Retail Independent Software Vendor (ISV) of the year for his company’s data sync solutions. Steve has more than 20 total years software industry experience building and leading teams in various roles including sales, marketing, product development, infrastructure hosting, call center operations and customer service.
Jeff Grundey – Co-founder and Senior Vice-President Sales
Jeff is a 20 year veteran of the retail, financial services and insurance industry. He developed and led Finance Administration for an Ohio-based insurance market aggregator with more than 59 equity owners and more than 400 Ohio-based agencies. Jeff partnered with Steve in 2008 after selling his shares in a successful agency in Central Ohio to further lead the development of the company’s financial software synchronization practice.
Chris Brown – Chief Technology Officer
Chris brings over 10 years of experience working with Point of Sale Systems, eCommerce Sites, and integrating a variety of retail systems. Having served as an eCommerce Developer, Systems Architect, and Director of IT, Chris has worked with a variety of retailers to help them achieve their integration goals. In 2010, Google asked him to present to their product teams solutions he has designed for retailers to help them synchronize data with Google Products. For the last ten years Chris has served as an Adjunct Faculty member at West Virginia University, teaching System Administration, Database Management, and Software Development.
Lisa Steinhart – Vice President Marketing
Lisa has been building sales channels and positioning both on-premise and subscription-based applications to business customers for more than twenty years. As Director of Marketing for vSync, a provider of EDI and shipping solutions sold through Microsoft Dynamics resellers, Steinhart spent 7 years managing the Microsoft relationship and developing a successful Microsoft sales channel. In 2008, Microsoft awarded her the Distinction in Marketing Award for Independent Software Vendors, a national award that recognizes the most successful channel programs based on revenue contribution to the Microsoft Dynamics community.
Terry Thomas – Vice President Finance
Terry has more than 25 years of experience in accounting and finance and started his career serving as a public accountant for Deloitte and Touche. He spent 20 years with Sterling Commerce, running the Finance and Administration function for the EDI Network Division as it grew from $9 million to $210 million dollars in revenue. After leaving Sterling Commerce, he served as Vice President Finance/CFO for several venture backed software and services companies.
