Q:What happens if I go over my web order limit?
A:nChannel will charge $1.00 for every web order after your limit each month.  If you have high volumes of web orders each month, you might want to consider our Multi-Store Pricing which does not have order limits.
Q:What if I start out with Single Store Pricing and I want to switch to Multi-Store?
A:nChannel’s flexible pricing packages allow you to mix and match, swap and change as you need.  Because you are not tied into any long term contracts, you can make changes to your subscription at any time.
Q:Can I add additional stores to my Pro subscription?
A:This option is not available in the Pro Single Store Subscription Package.  If you have more than 1 store and require POS, eCommerce, and Accounting connectors, please see our Multi-Store Pricing Packages.
Q:How do I know my credit card information is secure?
A:All credit card information is encrypted for your safety using “tokenization” through Authorize.net.
