Q:30 Days Free?
A:Every subscriber receives their first 30 days free.  We do require that you enter credit card information when registering as an nChannel subscriber, however will not charge your credit card until after your first 30 days.  If, after 30 days you wish to cancel you can do so simply by contacting us.  Otherwise, we will charge your card on your subscription day anniversary starting in month 2.
Q:What happens if my card expires or nChannel is unable to collect payment from my credit card?
A:nChannel will alert you that your credit card is unable to be processed.  You will have 48 hours to update your card information or enter a new card.  After 48 hours we automatically suspend your subscription account until you renew with us.
Q:How do I know my credit card information is secure?
A:All credit card information is encrypted for your safety using “tokenization” security through Authorize.net. We do not store any human readable credit card information.  
Q:What if I need help with implementation?
A:Contact us for information. We have many value added partners that can assist you with implementation. We also offer comprehensive video tutorials and webcasts to help you get up and running
