Jeff is a 20 year veteran of the retail, financial services and insurance industry. He developed and led Finance Administration for an Ohio-based insurance market aggregator with more than 59 equity owners and more than 400 Ohio-based agencies. Jeff partnered with Steve in 2008 after selling his shares in a successful agency in Central Ohio to further lead the development of the company’s financial software synchronization practice.
Information Technology Executive with over 30 years of expertise in integration (API and EDI), software solutions, consulting, support, and education for all sizes of organizations. The majority of his career has been in management positions with software companies that concentrate in integration tools using API’s and EDI, including Sterling Commerce (IBM), GTX (OpenText), Axway, and nChannel. John has led and grown Professional Services and Managed Services for these organizations.
John spent the first 12 years of his career in Development and as a Business Analyst in the grocery, retail, automotive, distribution, and manufacturing industries before joining Sterling Commerce as an EDI Consultant. After a year of consulting John was promoted into management and was part of team that built the GENTRAN, CONNECT, and Managed Services division of Sterling Commerce from start up to over $55 million of their overall revenue.
John has overseen many key accounts throughout his career and delivered ITIL Managed Services to various industries and major corporations of all sizes. From start ups, to over $100 billion-dollar pharmaceutical companies, to the General Services Administration of the U.S. Government; John has consistently delivered a high level of SLA attainment.
