Steve is a 13 year veteran and former Vice-President of eMarketplace Outsourcing Services for Sterling Commerce, a division of IBM. More recently Steve was named Microsoft Partner of the Year for Dynamics Retail and awarded Microsoft Retail Independent Software Vendor (ISV) of the year for his companys data sync solutions. Steve has more than 20 total years software industry experience building and leading teams in various roles including sales, marketing, product development, infrastructure hosting, call center operations and customer service.
Jeff is a 20 year veteran of the retail, financial services and insurance industry. He developed and led Finance Administration for an Ohio-based insurance market aggregator with more than 59 equity owners and more than 400 Ohio-based agencies. Jeff partnered with Steve in 2008 after selling his shares in a successful agency in Central Ohio to further lead the development of the companys financial software synchronization practice.
Adam is a leader at delivering technology solutions and an active angel investor. He has held senior technical roles at companies ranging in size from startups to the Fortune 50, including Dell, IBM, ADP, Sandia National Labs, @Outcome and MetaTrials. He has a Masters degree in Software Engineering from Harvard University and an MBA from Ohio State. He is a member of the ACM and the IEEE Computer Society, and is an active supporter of the field of Software Engineering as a discipline distinct from Computer Science.
Peter Korda is the Senior Vice President of Operations for FacilitySource, a Warburg Pincus-backed company providing facilities maintenance services and information systems to over 100 large retailers in North America. In prior roles, Peter was President of Scotts LawnService, a VP running several businesses for Sears Home Services, SVP of operations and commercial sales for Intagio, and head of business development for BankOne.com. He also spent several years as a marketing and business development executive at Sterling Commerce, now a division of IBM. Peter began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) serving retail and financial services clients on strategy, change management, and large systems projects. His academic background includes an undergraduate degree from Williams College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Walter J. Doyle
Walter J. Doyle has more than 40 years experience in new business development and positioning companies for substantial growth and long term value. He is the founder and President of Forest Capital, an angel capital investment firm. Previously, Mr. Doyle was founder, President and CEO of Industrial Data Technologies Corp. (IDT) for 21years before selling it to Eaton Corporation, headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. IDT designed, developed, manufactured and marketed high-tech products for factory automation projects in the steel, automotive, food and chemical industries. Earlier, he worked for Industrial Nucleonics/Accuray Corporation. Mr. Doyle’s early career experience was in electronic and electromechanical design, sales and marketing. He was also a US Army Paratrooper. Mr. Doyle earned an Electrical Engineering degree from The City College of New York (CCNY) and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
