Executive will direct and manage key alliances with industry partners
COLUMBUS, Ohio – nChannel, a cloud-based multichannel operations management platform provider for sellers, has promoted Laura Coffee to Director of Strategic Alliances. Coffee will focus on building new relationships with industry leaders, software publishers, and value-added resellers (VARs). She also will research and attend new business events, tradeshows, and conferences; develop new programs and services for user groups; and build on nChannel’s existing relationships with its partners and customers.
Coffee brings more than 20 years of customer relationship management, program, and business development experience to nChannel. Most recently she was Program and Project Manager with TechColumbus, an economic development group, where she provided counsel to high-tech, high-growth start-ups in the central Ohio region. Dubbed “The TechConnector,” Coffee built a large network within the IT and start-up community and connected those organizations to investors, not-for-profit agencies, and community leaders.
“nChannel’s focus for 2014 is growth,” said Steve Weber, CEO of nChannel. “Laura will play a key role in helping us reach our goals by becoming more involved in trade associations, managing partners, and developing strategic alliances with software publishers. Through these relationships, nChannel will penetrate targeted verticals and build a community of integrated suppliers and retailers.”
