This week we announced our new Product Information Management (PIM) solution and officially began marketing it for the holiday season. We prepared some tips for sellers to help guide them towards growth, profitability and customer loyalty. That made me wonder how other technology providers were advising these same sellers. Offering quick, self-help options is a great strategy (as long as you have real human being there to back it up).
